Pro-Health International, with funding from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (USCDC) and in partnership with the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), successfully hosted a workshop on Public Health Emergency Management Professional Development (PHEM PDP).
The workshop aimed to equip participants with the latest knowledge in PHEM and to enhance the skills of professionals and frontliners from National and Sub-national Public Health Emergency Operations Centers (PHEOCs) in effectively responding to public health emergencies.
Attendees included representatives from the National PHEOC and Sub-national PHEOCs in Ebonyi, Ondo, Sokoto, and the FCT.
