PROJECT OVERVIEW

Closing immunization gaps in Kebbi.

POISED is a childhood immunization initiative designed to increase vaccine coverage among zero-dose and under-immunized children across Northern Nigeria, particularly in fragile, underserved and conflict-affected communities of Kebbi State.

The project seeks to address persistent immunization gaps by strengthening routine immunization systems and expanding access to life-saving vaccines.

It also strengthens surveillance mechanisms that support early detection and response to vaccine-preventable diseases.
